Job summary

PM Hotel Group seeks a friendly front desk associate to be the face of our hotel. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure an outstanding stay through warm, knowledgeable service.

You’ll share local dining, entertainment, and activity tips to enhance visits, while handling transactions with accuracy using the hotel's systems. We value a high school diploma and 3–6 months of related experience, a positive attitude, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Must be a people-person with a polite, positive manner.
• Able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the face at the front desk and greet guests.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Provide local area knowledge and recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using hotel systems.
