Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a friendly front desk associate in Philadelphia to greet guests, check them in/out, and share local recommendations. You’ll be the face of the hotel, delivering warm, upbeat service and helping guests have a memorable stay.

You’ll handle cash, use property management systems, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is a people-person with 3–6 months’ related experience and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months of related front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor required.
• Ability to stay calm and polite when handling guest requests and issues.
