Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a friendly front desk associate to be the face of the hotel. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and share local information to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests.

You’ll handle cash and use computers and the property management system to manage guest needs. A High School diploma and 3–6 months related experience are preferred; being a people-person is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
• Comfort handling cash and using guest-management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the hotel at the front desk.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and provide local area information.
• Process payments and operate PMS and related systems.
• Maintain a polite, positive attitude under pressure and adapt to varying schedules.
