H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients and manage scheduling in our Oklahoma office. This in-person role supports daily office operations and collaborates with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience.

You will greet clients, handle check-in, answer calls, and coordinate with team members while maintaining confidentiality. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
