H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Oklahoma to greet clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax expert. You’ll manage scheduling and ensure every client’s needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

The role requires strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in fast-paced customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility for locations and shifts is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations and/or schedules, including weekends.
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
