You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and guide them to the right tax professional, ensuring a smooth start to their visit. This in-person role supports daily office operations, maintains organization, handles confidential information with care, and collaborates with tax professionals to deliver excellent client service during tax season in Palm

Qualificações

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborate well with team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
