Woodlawn Medical Professionals Family Practice is seeking a friendly Clerical Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, handling scheduling, reception, and basic data entry in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include verifying patient information, processing check-ins/outs, managing calls, and supporting daily office operations. Shift is Day 8a-5p with no weekends or holidays, and a full benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and pleasant phone technique for patient interactions.
• Computer aptitude for inquiry, data entry and daily system operations.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Schedules appointments according to guidelines.
• Greet patients and answer questions in a professional manner.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information for system entry.
• Check patients in/out and manage daily office operations.
• Handle calls, sort mail/faxes, and route to appropriate staff.
• Enter health information into the EHR and balance daily cash deposits.
