Woodlawn Health in Rochester, IN seeks a friendly Clerical Receptionist for our Pediatric Clinic. You will greet families, collect demographics and insurance info, schedule appointments, and support front-desk operations in a fast-paced setting.

This full-time on-site role requires a High School diploma, basic computer/data-entry skills, good communication, and cash handling. CPR certification is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b) with match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and daily system operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests professionally and respond to inquiries.
• Obtain complete demographic and insurance information for system entry and check-in.
• Handle cash, balance daily charges, and make deposits as needed.
• Answer calls promptly and direct them as appropriate.
• Schedule appointments according to guidelines and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Sort mail and faxes for distribution; scan patient information into the EHR.
