Community Medical Services in Milwaukee is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion. You will schedule appointments, assist with walk-in intakes, and address client concerns under Clinic Manager supervision.

In this role you’ll support care coordination, maintain a welcoming lobby, verify insurance, and assist with billing in the electronic health record. A strong customer service background and HIPAA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of front desk experience preferred in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Manage high-volume patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and intake.
• Maintain organized lobby and reception area.
• Verify insurance and set up billing in EHR.
• Collect payments and establish payment plans as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and privacy laws.
• Support trauma-informed de-escalation and client navigation.
