• Experience as Front Desk Agent in hotel or high-volume industry.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them at check-in and assist with check-out.
• Input guest information, confirm room details, and manage electronic keys.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle multiple forms of payment.
