Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent. Greet guests, check them in and out, assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations, and ensure accurate posting of charges using the Front Office system.

Starting pay: $16 per hour. Candidates should be prepared to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and enjoy teamwork to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in and out promptly and professionally; assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed.
• Post all charges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office system and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card information for hotel charges and make change correctly.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and how to handle each.
• Take same-day reservations and follow cancellation and relocation procedures.
