Qualifications

• Front Desk Agent experience in hotel or high-volume customer service.
• Able to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them at check-in.
• Process check-out, handle payments, and input data in the computer.
• Promote hotel services and up-sell where appropriate.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and local area information.
• Assist with currency conversion and handling gift certificates.
