You will manage check-ins/outs, process payments, answer calls and emails, handle reservations, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation, basic accounting skills, and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, and proficient with computers and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and check-in for guests, verify reservations, and provide information about services and policies.
• Check-out and payment processing; issue invoices or receipts and resolve payment queries.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage room/service reservations, cancellations, and modifications; keep data up-to-date.
• Assist guests with requests and local recommendations; address complaints or concerns promptly.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain front desk area in order and presentable.
• Monitor access, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with security; handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests and staff as needed.
