Job summary

Moxy Washington, DC Downtown is seeking a charismatic Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide attentive service that creates memorable experiences. You will contribute to a vibrant TEAM culture and support advancement into leadership roles through the Management Development Program.

Responsibilities include guest reception, information handling, key distribution, and answering queries to ensure an outstanding stay.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but training is available.
• Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office and hotel platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
• Strong communication, listening, and writing abilities in English.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) highly desired.
• Flexible schedule including days, weekends, and holidays.
• High energy with positive attitude and people skills; ability to motivate others.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in professional language.
