Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures using manual and computerized methods.
• Facilitate check-out and close guest accounts for the next sale.
• Handle cash, receipts, and guest accounts with accurate postings.
• Answer inquiries and process reservations, upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
