Job summary

Qualifications
- Prior front desk experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but training is available
- Strong knowledge of software applications (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) is beneficial
- Excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability in English; additional languages are a plus (Spanish highly desired)
- Flexible schedule for days, weekends, and holidays
- High energy with strong people skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects without being overwhelmed
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in professional language
