Job summary

The Olympia Companies is seeking a Guest Services Agent at Moxy Virginia Beach Oceanfront to support the Guest Service Manager and oversee front desk operations. You will assist with check-ins/check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and help ensure smooth, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years prior customer service experience preferred.
• Marriott standards and Fosse knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with bookkeeping or audit procedures is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist front desk in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Check guests in/out in a courteous and efficient way.
• Log and deliver messages, packages, and mail promptly.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions currently offered.
• Assist in training and cross-training of new hires.
• Maintain hotel security and assist in emergencies as required.
