Qualifications

• Deliver plates and clear tables.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Hear well amidst loud noise.
• Neat, groomed in uniform as required.
• Operate POS; handle payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and build rapport to ensure a quality dining experience.
• Identify Guest needs through cues and customize service accordingly.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders promptly.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently to Guests.
• Check on Guests regularly and provide attentive service when appropriate.
• Learn TGIF menu and beverages; confidently upsell items.
