Excellence in service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and POS procedures are essential. The role requires ability to lift, stand, and work in a lively dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver plates and food and clear tables.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise.
• Must be neatly dressed in company uniform at all times.
• Must operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Must respond calmly to angry Guests and notify a Manager.
• Must read/write notes for hearing impaired Guests.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile and builds rapport for a quality dining experience.
• Customizes service by identifying Guest needs and preferences.
• Takes food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Ensures expedient service of food and drinks.
• Checks on Guests and provides attentive service.
• Learn menu and upsell drinks and menu items.
• Identify 21+ Guests for alcohol service in line with policy.
• Accurately rings orders into the POS system.
• Promotes current promotions to Guests.
