• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a genuine smile and builds rapport.
• Identifies Guest needs and customizes service accordingly.
• Takes food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Ensures timely serving of orders and checks back with Guests.
• Learn Fridays menu and beverages and upsell recommendations.
• ID guests for alcohol service when appropriate.
• Rings orders into the POS system and engages with Guests.
• Promotes the Fridays experience and promotions.
