Job summary

SMR Group Ltd seeks an Oncology Account Executive to drive field-based sales of proprietary liquid biopsy products and services. You will cultivate relationships with oncologists and cancer care teams within your geography, reporting to a Regional Manager - Oncology.

The role emphasizes scientific and clinical expertise, consultative selling, and the ability to operate in a startup-like environment with an independent drive to close business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman's club, Rookie of the Year, or above quota over multiple periods).
• Experience selling to oncology medical providers and with diagnostics, biopharma, medical or surgical devices.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue in the geography.
• Maintain key relationships and cultivate new business through effective prospecting.
