Qualifications

• 4+ years of field sales management in oncology or molecular diagnostics
• Experience selling to oncologists and building a regional team
• Strong data analysis, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate in a startup environment and build a new territory

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven sales strategy and business plan for the region
• Lead and coach Oncology Specialists to grow market share and profitability
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff within the region
