BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new freight business across parcel, LTL, and dry truckload modes. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, tailor solutions, and close deals through consultative selling with a strong pipeline discipline.

On-site in Riverview, FL, you will hand off contracted accounts to Operations and immediately reload for the next opportunity, with uncapped commissions and the potential to reach six figures by year two.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of outside or B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Outreach sequencing tools and CRM platforms.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; drive to close required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and cold call to generate new business.
• Qualify prospects against ICP criteria and advance only the right opportunities.
• Meet with decision-makers to analyze supply chain challenges and present BlueGrace solutions across parcel, LTL, and dry TL.
• Develop pricing proposals, manage contract negotiations, and close business.
• Hand off to Operations with LOA/TMA/credit, then reload for new opportunities.
