BlueGrace Logistics in Riverview, FL is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to hunter for new freight business across parcel, LTL, and dry truckload. You will generate leads through Outreach sequences, cold calls, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals, qualify prospects, and present BlueGrace solutions.

You will negotiate, close, and hand off to Operations, then reload the pipeline. This on-site role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning six figures by year

Qualifications

• 1+ years outside or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Logistics or freight background is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell freight solutions across parcel, LTL, and dry truckload modes.
• Generate leads via Outreach sequences, cold calls, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals.
• Qualify prospects against ICP criteria and present BlueGrace solutions.
