Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/clerical functions including filing, copying, imaging, answering phones, data entry, mail and package handling.
• Verify and complete required documentation for shipments and reports.
• Provide accurate information to customers, determine pickup/delivery needs, and assist with special handling requirements.
• Enter freight shipment information, status updates, and generate freight bills.
• Administer freight pickup process as required and coordinate pickups.
