Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• College degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains customer relationships via phone, email, and in person.
• Negotiates rates and services with transportation carriers and providers.
• Researches growth opportunities within the branch's house accounts.
• Identifies new customer leads and opportunities.
• Assesses customer requests to provide best service options and pricing.
• Proactively handles customer shipment requests and timelines.
