Job summary

Direct Traffic Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to prospect, qualify, and convert shippers who deserve better. You’ll join a Veteran-Owned 3PL team that moves freight and closes deals, with a culture that backs you up and a clear path for growth.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, CRM discipline, and developing messaging to engage executives by phone and email. Base + commission, full-time, on-site in Boca Raton, FL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
• 1+ year in logistics preferred.
• CRM proficiency required; Salesforce experience is a plus.

What You Bring

2+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota. 1+ year in logistics preferred. You're sharp, organized, and driven by results not just activity. CRM proficiency required; Salesforce experience is a plus.
