Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a courteous Customer Service Representative at our Camp Hill service center. You will assist customers with freight pickups, rate quotes, charges, and shipment tracing, while supporting the Service Center Manager and Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume phone calls with accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Center Manager and Account Managers as needed.
• Take and deliver messages for managers and provide driver support.
• Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and interline companies.
• Handle inquiries including freight pickup requests, rate quotes or charges.
