Job summary

Dayton Freight in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our service team at the Camp Hill Service Center. You will handle freight pickup requests, rate quotes, charges, and shipment tracing while delivering exceptional service to customers.

You will support the Service Center Manager and Account Managers, assist drivers, and prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts in a fast-paced, professional, people-centered environment with modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with freight pickup requests, rate quotes, charges, hot shipments, shipment tracing and appointments.
• Support the Service Center Manager and Account Managers.
• Provide assistance to Drivers.
• Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts.
