You will develop strong customer relationships, monitor delivery and billing accuracy, and support operations with proactive communication. The role emphasizes a customer-centric mindset, multi-tasking across orders, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize freight potential while maintaining service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, with up to 1-2 years in customer service or sales, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and ability to interpret information across channels.
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments and maintain composure under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset and sales-oriented attitude.
• Not eligible for employment sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships and provide solutions to meet needs and goals.
• Monitor and support on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve questions and minimize service failures.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments to optimize transit time and meet expectations.
• Enter customer orders into the order management system to track loads.
• Obtain and document approval for accessorial charges and spot rates for assigned customers.
• Serve as a point of contact for load updates and capacity availability.
