J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to execute freight orders and uphold an exceptional customer experience. You will nurture client relationships, ensure on-time delivery, and support billing accuracy while promoting solutions and growth.

The role runs Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and may involve coordinating with internal teams to optimize freight processes. A customer-centric mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred qualifications emphasize communication, adaptability, composure under pressure, prioritization, professionalism, sales focus, and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships by engaging regularly and providing solutions to meet needs and goals to maximize freight potential and growth.
• Monitor and support on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing.
• Proactively communicate with internal and external customers to resolve load status questions and minimize service failures.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments to optimize transit time and meet customer expectations.
• Enter customer orders into the order management system to track loads and provide information to operations teams.
• Obtain and document approval for accessorial charges and spot rates for assigned customers.
• Serve as a contact for load updates and capacity availability.
