Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales or BDR experience, preferably in freight brokerage.
• Proficient with CRM systems and outreach platforms.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect 80–120 shippers daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Contact and qualify new leads, prepping them for Account Executives.
• Manage your pipeline within the CRM, moving leads fast.
