Job summary

VinWorld in New Jersey is seeking driven entry-level Business Development Representatives to learn the full logistics sales cycle—from prospecting to solution design across Ocean, Air, and Ground transportation. You will build shipper relationships nationwide, understand operations, and earn uncapped commissions as you grow with a company expanding across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships across the United States
• Learn the fundamentals of transportation, logistics, and supply chain management
• Sell solutions across multiple transportation modes: Truckload, LTL, Intermodal, Ocean, Air, Cross-Border
• Understand customer operations and supply chain challenges
• Build customized logistics solutions based on customer needs
• Manage opportunities from first conversation through account development
• Work directly with operations and carrier teams to ensure successful execution
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that drives revenue growth
