Links Partners in Chicago is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. The role covers end-to-end AP/AR processes, ensuring timely invoice processing, payments, and collections in line with company policies.

Based in our downtown Chicago office with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote), the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 2–4 years' experience, and familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
• Illinois-based role with budgeted salary range $65K-$75K; compensation may vary based on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with verification, coding, and routing for approval.
• Process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with policies.
• Reconcile the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger regularly.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor AR aging reports and prioritize collections efforts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals.
