Job summary

Freight Flex in Irving, TX is seeking an Account Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless shipping experience. You will document client success criteria and SOPs, respond to escalations, and collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure shipments run smoothly from origin to destination.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience at a 3PL brokerage.
2+ years of over-the-road trucking experience.
1+ years in sales or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Document the client’s success criteria and SOPs; refine as client needs evolve.
Respond to client escalations to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with supply chain operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure shipment lifecycle success.
Grow existing accounts using our processes.
Fill gaps in process or implement improved processes as needed.
Aim for a leadership position in 2027 as the Las Colinas office grows.
