Job summary

Freight Flex, LLC is seeking an Account Manager in Irving, TX to build strong client relationships and ensure a seamless shipping experience. You will document client success criteria, develop SOPs, and collaborate with operations across shipments to drive consistency and performance.

The role requires 2+ years in a 3PL brokerage, trucking experience, and 1+ year in sales/account management, with a Bachelor’s degree. Excellent communication is essential, and a Monday–Friday schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a 3PL brokerage.
• 2+ years of over-the-road trucking experience.
• 1+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
• Previous sales and/or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document the client’s success criteria and SOP; refine as needs evolve.
• Respond to client escalations to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with supply chain operations and external stakeholders to ensure shipment success.
• Grow existing accounts using our processes.
• Step in to fill gaps in process or implement improved processes.
