Job summary

Freight Flex, a fast-growing 3PL, is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative in Irving, TX. You’ll build relationships with prospective customers, identify shipping needs, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

No prior sales experience is required—we provide training, tools, and support. Compensation includes a $45,000–$50,000 base, 12% commission, and first-year earnings potential of $75,000–$120,000+.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role designed for recent graduates.

• Comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts.
• Identify customer transportation needs and provide Freight Flex logistics solutions.
• Prospect new business through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other sales activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts.
• Grow customer relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
• Partner with internal operations and carrier teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
