Freight Flex in Knoxville, TN is hiring an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless shipping experience. You will document client success criteria, SOPs, and coordinate with supply chain partners to keep shipments moving from origin to destination.

The role requires hands-on sales and account management, plus several years of 3PL brokerage and trucking experience. You will communicate clearly, manage escalations, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 3PL brokerage.
• Minimum 2 years of over-the-road trucking experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document client success criteria and SOPs.
• Respond to client escalations to resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with supply chain operations and external stakeholders.
• Grow existing accounts using our processes.
• Fill gaps in processes or implement improvements as needed.
