Job summary

Freight Flex, LLC is seeking an Account Manager in Irving, TX to build strong client relationships and ensure a seamless shipping experience. You will document client success criteria, develop SOPs, and collaborate with operations across shipments to drive consistency and performance.

The role requires 2+ years in a 3PL brokerage, trucking experience, and 1+ year in sales/account management, with a Bachelor’s degree. Excellent communication is essential, and a Monday–Friday schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a 3PL brokerage.
• 2+ years of over-the-road trucking experience.
• 1+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
• Previous sales and/or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Understand and document the client’s success criteria and use to build clear standard operating procedures (SOP). As the client’s needs evolve, you will refine the client’s success criteria and SOP.
• Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination. You will handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with your supply chain operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the shipment lifecycle.
• Work with existing accounts to grow using our processes.
• Step in to fill gaps in process or implement improved processes as needed.

What We Look For:

• 2+ years of previous experience working at a 3PL brokerage.
• 2+ years of over-the-road trucking experience.
• 1+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
• Previous sales and/or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
