Shamrock Trading Corporation seeks a results-driven Business Development Associate for our Ryan Transportation team in Phoenix. You will identify, pursue, and secure new freight brokerage and 3PL accounts, while expanding relationships with existing customers to deliver value and drive growth.

The role requires exceptional sales acumen, a proven closing record, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of proven success in high-performance B2B sales, preferably in freight brokerage, logistics, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and secure new customers requiring freight brokerage and 3PL services.
• Close and convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
• Build, grow, and maintain strategic relationships with existing customers to maximize account value.
