Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B sales in freight brokerage/logistics or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business via cold outreach, networking and targeted strategies.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
• Proficient with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed and operate in an in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new customers for freight brokerage and 3PL services.
• Close high-potential prospects and convert to long-term clients.
• Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers to maximize account value.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM for leads, calls, and opportunities.
• Serve as an industry expert in transportation logistics for clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and drive growth.
• Oversee customer onboarding, including contract negotiations and onboarding.
