You will pursue opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

In this in-office role, you will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and value delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in high-performance B2B sales.
• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or related industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business through cold outreach and networking.

Responsabilités

• Consistently prospect and secure new customers needing freight brokerage and 3PL services.
• Close and convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
• Build, grow, and maintain strategic relationships with existing customers to maximize account value.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM for lead handling and opportunity tracking.
• Serve as an industry expert in transportation logistics and advise clients with credibility.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and drive growth.
• Oversee onboarding, including contract negotiation and account setup.
• Work with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery.
