Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new customers for freight brokerage and 3PL services.
• Close high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
• Grow and maintain relationships to maximize account value.
• Expand business within current accounts.
• Mentor new sales reps and account managers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM for lead and opportunity management.
• Offer industry expertise in transportation logistics to clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies.
