Velera is seeking a Supervisor, Fraud Strategy to lead the Fraud Strategy team and coordinate daily operations across client and product implementations. You will analyze fraud data, develop risk analytics training, and collaborate with internal partners to improve processes.

The role emphasizes a high-performance culture, continuous improvement, and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Five years in financial services required.
• Five years in risk analytics and fraud services required.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Fraud Strategy staff and daily operations.
• Oversee client and product implementations and risk monitoring tools.
• Analyze data and trends to inform improvements and training materials.
• Maintain SLA adherence and timely completion of inquiries.
• Communicate strategies and project updates to team and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
