Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is hiring a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases, partnering with technical teams to understand system outputs and patterns. You will review daily predictive reports and act on accounts while contributing to fraud prevention initiatives.

The role supports a hybrid/remote work model with occasional travel to branches as needed, and involves training colleagues and members on fraud topics.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years work experience in a financial related field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to effectively operate standard office equipment in a remote or in-office environment.

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Contribute to fraud prevention initiatives and collaborate with technical partners.
• Review daily predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and training of members and employees on fraud topics.
