Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives. This role bridges operational execution with emerging fraud trends and supports collaboration with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.

Emphasis is placed on daily review of predictive reports and taking appropriate actions on accounts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12‑months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years work experience in a financial related field (fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, lending ops).
• Strong judgment and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; ability to operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and support prevention initiatives.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns; participate in fraud projects and training.
