Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and help prevent losses across the credit union. You will work primarily from home, collaborating with technical partners and reviewing predictive reports daily to take appropriate actions on accounts.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in fraud investigation or 3 years in related fields, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 12 months of experience as Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in related financial fraud field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Must read, write, speak and type English.
• Travel to other branches or locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Contribute to fraud prevention initiatives and collaborate with technical partners.
• Daily review of predictive reports and act on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees on fraud topics.
