Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and support fraud prevention initiatives. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ~12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a fraud-related field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Strong communication including written abilities, presentation skills, active listening, voice quality, grammar, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, conflict management and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to operate standard office equipment in a remote or in-office environment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
• Primarily work from home setting; travel to other branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Daily review of predictive reports and taking appropriate actions on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and train members and employees on fraud-related topics.
