Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• About 12 months experience as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in related financial fraud fields.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Must read, write, speak and type English.
• Primarily work from home with occasional travel to branches.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Review predictive fraud reports daily and take action on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand outputs and fraud patterns.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees.
