Job summary

• ~12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a related fraud/loss field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work remotely.
• Must read, write, speak and type English.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Support fraud prevention initiatives and collaborate with partners.
• Review predictive reports daily and take actions on accounts.
• Participate in fraud team projects and training of members/employees.
